Busy Bee Delivery Policy

UK Delivery
UK Mainland Customers
All orders are sent out via, Royal Mail Special Delivery.
- Standard 3 day delivery is £7.75 for shoes and £10.99 for boots & riding boots
- Next day delivery is £8.50 for shoes and £20.00 for boots & riding boots.
- All orders if in stock will be processed within 24hours.
* Please note that Royal Mail Special delivery will need a signature on delivery.

Deliveries sent to Europe and the Rest of the World:
Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

Busy Bee Returns Policy

At Busy Bee Customer service and total satisfaction is our key objective.
We understand how difficult it can be to order products “on line.”
You can be confident knowing that if you select and order products from us, we have an extremely flexible returns policy and procedure.

Policy and Proceedures

  • We will accept any item back within 7 days of the original date of purchase.
  • If any item arrives damaged, faulty or the incorrect item has been sent, Busy Bee will refund the full purchase price, including any postage and packing costs you incurred.
  • All items returned must be, clean and unworn and in it’s original packaging, and with all labels remaining attached.
  • Before you send back any item to us please notify us by email: shop@busybeenewmarket.co.uk or by telephone on 01638 560616, Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm. We will give you full assistance in getting items back to us. You will need to specify your name and address, along with the original purchase receipt number.
  • When you send an item back we strongly recommend you obtain proof of postage from the carrier. Any items lost or damaged in transit will be the responsibility of the sender. Please check the service you are using provides insurance for any lost or damaged items.

Cancellations and Alterations

If you wish to change your order, please notify us as soon as possible.

  • Please specify your name and address, along with the purchase number.
  • If you contact us before your order has been processed, we will be happy to alter or cancel it.
  • If your consignment has been sent, you will need to return it to us as soon as you have received it.
